Loan Referral Service

Our service connects consumers with potential lenders (the “Lender Partners”) in our network. To use the service, you will complete an online request form (a “Request Form”) that includes personal information, such as your name, contact details, social security number, employment information, and banking details. By using the service, you consent to the processing and sharing of your information according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Credit Decisions

dailycashloan.com is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We cannot guarantee that any Lender Partner will offer you a loan or that the loan terms presented will meet your preferences. Once your Request Form is submitted, it will be shared with our Lender Partners, who will evaluate your information based on their criteria. Lender Partners may conduct credit checks through traditional credit agencies or alternative data sources. After submitting a Request Form, you agree to receive communications from us and our Lender Partners regarding your application and other offers.

Once you submit a Request Form, dailycashloan.com shares your information with our Lender Partners. By submitting a Request Form, you understand and agree that you requesting loan offers from the Lender Partners. You are also agreeing that dailycashloan.com and the Lender Partners may contact you by any means (including email, telephone, SMS, and direct mail) so that they may assist in processing your Request Form or provide information to you about additional offers now or in the future.

Electronic Communications and Disclosures

By Submitting your Request Form you agree to receive notifications, disclosures, and other documents and communications both from dailycashloan.com and from our Lender Partners. If you are connected to a Lender Partner, that lender may require you to execute an electronic loan contract. This electronic loan contract will be as binding as a loan contract in paper form. And your electronic signature will be as valid as a physical signature on a paper loan contract.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your Request Form is accurate and truthful. If inaccurate or false information is provided, we may deny, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service.

Service Changes

DaysLoan.com may modify the features, functionality, or access to the Service without notice. We may also terminate or restrict access if you engage in inappropriate or unlawful activities.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
